<br />Lexington Council for the Arts (LCA) <br /> Minutes for Meeting of November 5, 2007 <br />Room 111, Town Office Building <br /> <br />Present: Barbara Ciampa,Chair; Louise Cady-Fernandes; Mary Trometer,Treasurer; Sirarpi <br />Heghinian Walzser; Zoe Perry- Wood; Myron Rosenblum;Jan Goplerud,Jackie Hawkinson; <br />anet Post, Secretary; Bill Janovitz; Jonathan Cue <br />Call to Order <br /> Chair Barbara Ciampa called the meeting to order at 7:25 PM <br />Secretary's Report <br /> The minutes for the October 1st meeting were accepted. <br />Treasurer's Report <br /> There is a balance of $10,399.82 in the treasury. Money from the Dimmock Award has been <br />transferred. The Treasure's report was accepted. <br /> <br />Grant Business <br />The Council deferred a decision about the monetary amounts for each recipient until the <br />December meeting. The grant subcommittee will meet meanwhile to make the final <br />recommendations at the upcoming meeting. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 9:39pm.
