Petition Address: 397 Lowell Street, Map and Lot: 46 -37
The relief sought is for a Special Permit in accordance with section 88 -A (1) and 135 -91
G (1) of the Zoning Bylaw to allow installation of a personal wireless services facility.
The Chairman opened the continued hearing at 7:30 PM. A letter was received from the
petitioner asking that the request be withdrawn without prejudice. On a motion by Nyles
N. Barnert and seconded by David Williams, the Board voted 3 -0 to allow the request to
be withdrawn without prejudice.
Other business:
On a motion by Nyles N. Barnet and seconded by David Williams, the Board voted 3 -0 to
approve the minutes of the August 28, 2008 meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:38 p.m.
