Maureen Lee, a food consultant for Lemon Grass, advised the Board that as a result of the letter dated June 30, 2008, Lemon Grass is continuing on- site training being conducted at the establishment. As a result, the staff demonstrated the standards, and the audits have been very favorable. Also, staff attended PIC training offered by the Health Department. Mr. Pichetshote is requesting an extension from the requirement to submit a Food Plan Review Application by September 5, 2008 until December 1, 2008.
