HomeMy WebLinkAbout2005-04-28-ZBA-min DRAFT MINUTES of the Lexington Zoning Board of Appeals — April 28, 2005 Present: Chair, Mrs. Judy Uhrig, Mr. Arthur Smith, Mr. Nyles Barnert, Mrs. Maura Sheehan, and Mr. John McWeeney Petition Address: 31 Fletcher Avenue The Chairman opened the hearing at 7:45 PM by reading a letter from the petitioner, John Farrington, requesting the hearing be continued until June 30, 2005 to give them time to go before the Planning Board. Decision: On a Motion by John McWeeney and seconded by Maura Sheehan, the Board by vote of 5 -0, approved the continuance until July 14, 2005. Submitted by: Dianne Cornaro, Clerk DRAFT MINUTES of the Lexington Zoning Board of Appeals — April 28, 2005 Present: Chair, Mrs. Judy Uhrig, Mr. Arthur Smith, Mr. Nyles Barnert, Mrs. Maura Sheehan, and Mr. John McWeeney Petition Address: 12 Smith Avenue The relief sought is for a Variance in accordance with Zoning By -law section 135 -35, Table 2, Dimensional Controls to allow for height requirements. Petitioner would like to add 3 dormers to third story of home. Comments from the Board: The Board felt there was too much information missing in the application to continue. Need for next meeting: front elevations, front schematic plot plan with addition shown on it. (Okay to draw in him -self since addition has no impact on the height variance request.) On a Motion by Nyles Barnert and seconded by Mr. John McWeeney, the Board by vote of 5 -0, granted a continuance until May 12, 2005. Submitted by Dianne Cornaro, Clerk
