Washburn had sold a house on Upland Road,across from <br /> Glen Road,to Mr. Fred D. Cloyes. Fred Cloyes had married Alice Ballard in June 1903. <br /> Fred's widow, Alice Cloyes, was still living at 6 Upland Road as late as 1942. Mrs. Cloyes' brother, John F.
