The original owner appears to have been George Leavitt,who <br /> is first listed at this address in the 1906 directory. Leavitt worked in Boston and lived here with his wife and two sons. <br /> He is last listed here in the 1910 directory. <br /> By 1915 the house was being rented by Walter Faxon,who died in 1920.
