ARCHITECTURAL SIGNIFICANCE (Describe important architectural features and <br /> evaluate in terms of other buildings within the community.) <br /> Less elaborate than many of its neighbors on Meriam Hill of the same <br /> period, this house is nonetheless comparable in size and may have lost finishes <br /> over time. Modillions along the eave and overhanging gable end are the only <br /> decorative features currently.
