This house is
based on a split-level plan. On the same level as the entrance is an open kitchen/
.. dining/living wing; the bedrooms are a half level up in another wing; below them,
and a half level down from the entry, is a playroom lighted by above-grade windows.
The two wings form an "L," creating an outdoor terrace.
HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE (Explain the role owners played in local or state
history and how the building relates to the development of the community.)
This house was designed as their residence by Norman and Jean Bodman Fletcher,
two of the original members of The Architects Collaborative (TAC) (see Moon Hill
area form) .
