Ryan(b.1873), son of John Ryan who lived at 23 Bedford Street. <br /> The Minute-man included this brief mention of its construction on July 27, 1901: <br /> A new house on the left hand side of Bedford street, not far from its junction with Elm avenue, is near <br /> completion. A.C. Washburn being the contractor, but in his absence foreman Timothy O'Connor has the work in <br /> charge. The house is the property of Mr. Christopher S.Ryan, and is to be a commodious and attractive place, in <br /> fact quite an ideal home for a congenial couple. <br /> Christopher Ryan was the manager of Remington Typewriter Co. in Boston.
