Previous Notice has been posted for the approval of Article 2, <br />Amend Zoning By-Law & Map – 45, 55 and 65 Hayden Ave. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />October 16, 2017 Special Town Meeting #3 <br /> <br /> <br />Zoning By-Laws: General By-laws: <br />Article 4 – Amend Zoning By-Law – Article 3 – Amend General By-Laws – Recreational <br />Recreational Marijuana Moratorium Marijuana <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />In accordance with Ch. 40 §32 of the Massachusetts General Laws, these amendments are hereby <br />posted in a public place in each precinct of the Town for public inspection. <br /> <br />Maps and documents pertaining to Zoning Articles may be viewed at the Planning Office and <br />Town Clerk’s Office. <br /> <br />Claims of invalidity by reason of any defect in the procedure of adoption or amendment of <br />Zoning Bylaws may only be made within ninety days of this posting.
