DeVincent property purchase by Brookhaven Brookhaven has purchased a piece of property that has a trail easement in a prior development plan, but that easement agreement, not having been recorded, evaporated with the sale of the property. The easement would have made a connection to Lot 1 if Brookhaven granted permission for use of an existing sidewalk. We should work with Brookhaven on this. Kate Fricker, Alan West and Marie Roberts, Brookhaven residents, would be good allies on this project. As we discussed how to approach Brookhaven as an administrative unit we thought it would be good to do an ACROSS Lexington presentation at Brookhaven.
