We finalized and <br />prioritized the questions and program listings. We will not focus on getting a statistically significant <br />result but a sounding of sentiment in the Town towards a community center. We want to hear from the <br />town in general, but we also need to hear from specific groups. <br />We will do our survey this spring but it was decided to make a presentation of our findings to the <br />Selectmen in September rather than this spring. <br />Voted: To approve the Survey Monkey questionnaire as revised during the meeting. <br />Op Ed <br />We reviewed the Op Ed pieces prepared by Jim and Florence for publication in a future issue of <br />the Lexington Minuteman. <br />Action Items <br />• Tim will contact Karen at Wales Copy about printing the bookmark. <br />Jim will speak with Koren Stembridge at the library about printing the bookmark. <br />• Laura will work on a final draft of the Op Ed piece for us to review. <br />• Nancy will contact Laurie Atwater about the article she is writing on the work of our task force. <br />0 We all will contact group leaders to ask if they will send our survey out to their members <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:OOPM.
