•Funding —Deb's advice is that the Town should pay, which will give it ownership of <br />route system and also cover liability issues. Keith has submitted budget proposal <br />requesting $850.00 for Route A; no response yet. <br />• Weought to have the money by June 1 (15 ?) in order to get posts in and signs affixed by <br />September. Posts to be sunk by Stewards and /or Scouts. A question arose about the need <br />to call Dig Safe -Dave Cannon should know about that. <br />• Adams St. crossing needs to be confirmed. <br />• Action Item —Rick — continue ACROSS Lexington logo work <br />• Action Item —Mike — continue signage planning <br />3. Current Business Updates: <br />• Drummer Boy easement — (Bob) Ongoing. <br />• Pelham Rd trail —(Bob) No news from Town lawyer. Next step will be to go to <br />Cambridge to look at the Titles for both Pelham and Highland road parcels. <br />• Report to Community Preservation Comm., Capital Expenditure Comm., re West <br />Lexington Greenway Master Plan — (Stew) The next step for GCC, per Deb Mauger's <br />suggestion, is to develop an alternative trail connection proposal for the central <br />Minuteman Connector portion as described in the West Lexington Greenway Master Plan <br />document, and then bring this back to the Board of Selectmen for approval. <br />Discussion was postponed due to time constraints, but the next GCC "project" should be <br />a revised proposal for the WLG trail connections. Jay Sklar's Lincoln Lab trail is in this <br />area. <br />4.
