BOA Meeting January 12, 2012 8 <br /> <br />David George, the Zoning Administrator, explained that since the petitioners were <br />asking for a variance there is not lot size requirement. That only applies to special <br />permits. <br /> <br />No audience member spoke in favor of the petition. <br /> <br />Dale and Roberta Dillavou of 25 North Hancock Street spoke strongly in opposition to <br />the petition. <br /> <br />Andy Mahoney of 21 North Hancock Street also spoke in opposition to the petition. <br /> <br />The hearing was closed at 8:25 pm and after a Board discussion was reopened at <br />8:46 to give the applicant the opportunity to talk with the Board regarding options open <br />to them regarding withdrawing this application without prejudice. <br /> <br />Decisions: <br /> <br />On a motion by Martha C. Wood and seconded by Leo P.
