BOA Meeting September 22, 2011 7 <br /> <br />Decisions: <br /> <br />On a motion by Carolyn C. Wilson and seconded by John J. McWeeney, the Board voted 5-0 to <br />GRANT a VARIANCE, from Ch. 135 of the Code of the Town of Lexington (Zoning Bylaw) § <br />135-19D and § 135-10B, to allow lot area of 6,164 sq. ft. instead of the required 30,000 sq. ft. <br /> <br />On a motion by Carolyn C. Wilson and seconded by John J. McWeeney, the Board voted 5-0 to <br />GRANT a VARIANCE, from Ch. 135 of the Code of the Town of Lexington (Zoning Bylaw) § <br />135-35A, Table 2: Schedule of Dimensional Controls and § 135-10B, to allow site coverage of <br />26.2% instead of the maximum 15%. <br /> <br />On a motion by Carolyn C. Wilson and seconded by John J.
