Staffing <br /> <br /> <br />Linda Dixon’s recruitment flyer for parade ambassadors was distributed to <br /> <br />committee members and discussed. <br /> <br />The flyer will be submitted to the Lexington Minuteman, Colonial Times, etc. <br /> <br />Interested parties may access the application on line. <br /> <br />Patriots’ Day 2013 <br /> <br />All parade groups have been notified of next year’s day change and said that <br />they can come. <br /> <br />Memorial Day 2012 <br /> <br /> <br />Chief Marshal – There has been no commitment yet. <br /> <br /> <br />Speaker -- Suzie is waiting to hear from the invitee. Linda may have a person to <br /> <br />suggest if the initial invitee is not available. <br /> <br />Memorial Day 2013 and Lexington 300 <br />th <br /> <br />thth <br />This is closing day of the 300 festivities. Suzie will contact the 300 Committee <br />to discuss interest in meshing our and their events. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous <br /> <br /> <br />Town Celebrations Committee has been called upon to arrange a concert by the <br /> <br />th <br />Air Force Band of Liberty sometime around the July 4holiday. <br /> <br />The committee discussed a New Hampshire resident’s request to speak some <br /> <br />time during Patriots’ Day.
