2. Governance: We are recommending in the short term to assign the groups that have <br />responsibility for transportation related activities to the following departments, please <br />see below. <br />In the long term we suggest a streamlined governance structure that would have <br />overall responsibility for coordination and oversight of transportations & safety issues <br />for the community.
