We discussed the results of the three working groups since our last meeting. <br />Food Court Group (Tim D., Nancy A.) <br />They created a physical representation of an idea, not of a physical structure. They focused on what <br />would be at the CC and how these groups would work together, and how synergy could be achieved. <br />Dedicated offices, shared offices and meeting spaces, suites for town departments, a cafe with seating, <br />and their so- called "community space planning office" to manage events, spaces, information. <br />Space and Equipment Group (Sophia, Florence, Betty) <br />They thought about the actual spaces and objects that would be in the CC, based on the programs <br />running out of it. (documents provided) <br />Programs Group (Jim, Lisah, Laura) <br />They worked on offerings that would make sense for the target user groups. (documents provided) <br />But this is too detailed if we are giving an interim report in December. We need to focus on what that <br />will be and work on getting the appropriate information together. Much discussion of what it should <br />look like. Settled on a theme for the interim presentation. Will contact a few stakeholders to work with <br />us. <br />Adjourned at 9:25 pm.
