We began <br />by presenting the work done since the last meeting. The group critiqued the prototype <br />Powerpoint presentations from Jim, Jane, and Laura. <br />With only a short time to present, too much text is too difficult to process and too many pictures <br />can restrict imagination. We are recommending a concept, so we don't want to define it too <br />rigidly. This adds to what the town offers, it doesn't compete with or remake what already <br />exists. <br />We are planning focus groups to ask questions... are there questions the BoS would like further <br />defined through this mechanism? <br />We created an outline of a presentation. It was agreed that Jim, Betty, Laura and Jane will <br />continue work on the presentation, according to the outline discussed. Tim will modify his <br />drawing to make it more conceptual. Laura will speak to Hank and the Selectmen's office. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:25 PM. <br />
