The Trustees of Public Trusts will hold and invest the funds as part of <br />the common trust funds administered by them for the Town of Lexington. <br />2. Each year the Trustees will give up to three- fourths (3/4) of the income <br />earned to the P.T.A. Council Scholarship Committee or their designated <br />successor. Remaining income twenty -five percent (25 %) from the fund and <br />all capital gains shall be added to the principal each year. <br />3. To be eligible, potential recipients must meet the following criteria: <br />a) must be a Lexington resident in the senior class at Lexington High <br />School, or Minuteman Regional Vocational High School, or <br />b) a graduate of either of the above referred schools presently in <br />college; <br />c) have selflessly, enthusiastically and creatively served both their <br />school and community; <br />d) have a special talent or trait that is recognized and enhances their <br />personality; <br />e) have a demonstrated financial need. <br />
