Meeting of April 26, 2001
Julie Connery reported that the voucher system is working excellently.
David Williams and Alan Fields signed the vouchers for the period Jan. 1-
March 30, 2001.
The portfolio changes, since the last meeting, from the Endowment Fund,
the Westview Cemetery Fund and the Munroe Cemetery Fund were all
received and approved.
Julie Connery announced that she would be leaving as of June 30,200 1, she
has a new job in Lynnfield. Karen Jack, "from the Revenue Office was
approved as her replacement. There will be a two month training period.
The Trustees voted to accept the following funds once the $5000.00
threshold is reached.
1. Al Fruscione Memorial Scholarship
2. Steven Teitelbaum Scholarship Fund
3. Nancy Gordon Scholarship Fund
The Trustees voted to Transfer the income (as specified in the memo of
April 21, 2110) from the funds noted to the income account of the PTA
Council Scholarship Fund. (attachment I)
The Trustees voted to transfer the income to principal of the funds
specified in the memo dated April 21, 2001. (attachment II)
The Trustees voted to release the income requested by those allowed to
request it to the recipients of the scholarships specified in the list dated 4-
21 -2001. (attachment III)
Mr. Fields circulated The Industry Review Analysis of the Endowment Fund
(attached),
The next meeting of the Trustees will be September 5 th the home of Alan
Fields, 42 Adams Street.
