<br />th <br />Lexington 300 Anniversary Celebration Committee <br /> <br /> <br /> DH.FA <br />: Donna Hooper updated members on the granting <br />AN ENN WARD <br />of the Fenn Award for a joint initiative of the Town Archives/Lexington <br />th <br />300 Anniversary Celebration for creation of a presentation piece <br />showing the town seals and votes of the legislature regarding the creation <br />of the North Precinct, establishment of the first church, and incorporation <br />of the town, as reported in last month’s minutes <br /> <br /> P: <br /> Plans for a townwide meeting to be held in the fall, with <br />UBLICITY <br />publicity to the Colonial Times, Lexington Minuteman, Boston Globe and <br />other national publications. Denise Dube is prepared to write pieces in the <br />areas of cultural, historical and social. Sue Rockwell and Van Seasholes <br />serve on the LexMedia Board and will provide contacts for that media. <br /> <br /> WS– <br />Sue Rockwell provided an update on plans for enhancing the <br />EB ITE <br />web site for Lexington 300th Anniversary Celebration, working with <br />consultant Harry Forsdick. Options shall include blogs, the town seal, work <br />from town departments and may include possible writers as Dick Kollen, Bill <br />Poole, Rick Beyer, and others.
