Minutes of March 5, 2009 <br />INFORMALS <br /> <br />1 Oakland Street <br /> map 48 lot 94: Janet Tiampo presented plans for storm windows and the <br />removal of existing aluminum siding. They will remove a bit of the aluminum siding to check <br />the condition of clapboards underneath, and will report back when they are ready for their formal <br />hearing. <br /> <br />1359 Massachusetts Avenue <br /> map 39 lot 6: Dan Dagel, did not attend the hearing. <br /> <br />7 Brigham Road, <br /> map56 lot 213: Michael Harriswanted to discuss tearing down and re- <br />building his house as opposed to putting on the addition that was approved in September 2008. <br />Mr. Harris was trying to get some direction to see if he should spend any more time on the idea. <br />The house was built back in 1965 and has been changed significantly from its original plan. The <br />plans for a new house would be the same as what was approved for the addition. The <br />commission members are split as to whether or not they would support this idea; however, it is <br />not a definite no. Mr. Harris is going to continue to look into this option and will decide if he <br />wants to go for formal approval. <br /> <br />1775 Massachusetts Avenue <br /> map 48 lot 97A: Ed Juralewicz, United Sign Co., Inc., <br />representing, 1775 Massachusetts Avenue Condominium Trust, presented plans for new signage. <br />He is ready for a formal hearing. <br /> <br />1403 Massachusetts Avenue : <br />map 39 lot 62Christian Herald, representing, Munroe Center for <br /> <br />the Arts, presented ideas for flags and banners on the building and art work on the lawn. <br /> <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted 5-0 to approve the minutes of February 5, <br />2009 <br /> <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted 5-0 to adjourn the meeting at 9:45 PM <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1625 MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE • LEXINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS 02420 <br />
