Mr. Wallace is ready for a formal hearing <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br /> <br />Chairman Joseph Welch updated the commission on the status of the Hancock School <br />Condominiums at 33 Forest Street, which was damaged by fire on October 31, 2008. The <br />Building is being protected from the elements; however, nothing major will be done for a least a <br />year.
