Hearing: NOI, 8 Summer Street, Present for the applicant: Mary Trudeau, Consultant Michael Juliano, Engineer Documentation: Revised Detail Plan, DET 1, dated March 21, 2011 Revised Stormwater calculation, dated March 14, 2011 Michael Juliano presented plan revisions and supplemental information submitted since the last meeting. Motion made and seconded to close hearing, 6-0 in favor. 7:54 pm Cont. Hearing: NOI, 58 Sherburne Road South, DEP# 201-806, BL 763; Map 32, Lot139 Motion made and seconded to continue hearing to April 19, 2011 at the applicants request, 6-0 in favor. 7:55 pm Cont. Hearing: ANRAD, 1377 Massachusetts Avenue, DEP# 201-812, BL 770; Map 39, Lot 65 Present for the applicant: Rich Kirby, LEC Environmental Rich Kirby presented wetland area delineation. Comments from the Commission follow: The Commission discussed the possibility of a vernal pool, and suggested that the applicant consider having a study conducted to determine status of the pool before submitting an application for further site development. Comments from audience follow: Steve Breitenfeld of 1361 Massachusetts Avenue felt that the wetland was a vernal pool and feels that the wetland is currently under stress. Motion made and seconded to close the hearing, 6-0 in favor.
