all 9 units went to Lexington residents; 4 units will now go to general population. There <br />was discussion about ways to advertise affordable units to Lexingtonians or those with <br />Lexington connection. <br />MetroWest <br />Bob Bicknell reported on MetroWest's role in developing affordable units and <br />Shared Housing Staff through MAPC (Metropolitan Area Planning Council). <br />Bob also reported that the Selectmen are prepared to go forward with concept of Shared <br />Housing Staff. A consortium, consisting of Bedford, Concord, Lexington, Lincoln, <br />Sudbury and Weston, would share staff and services under the direction of the <br />Sudbury Town Planner who would staff the housing office and hire workers. Member <br />towns would contract with them to staff local boards. Lexington plans to use HOME <br />funds for this purpose. Due to lack of time, this <br />list will be reviewed at the next meeting and the "top 10" priorities will be established <br />/prioritized). See attached sheet for list. <br />Standard Meeting Time <br />There was agreement to set meeting dates as the 4th Thursday of the month at 7:30 <br />pm.
