FURTHER VOTED: To authorize the Selectmen to acquire <br />land and easements by right of eminent domain or other- <br />: wise on behalf of the Town for a sanitary sewer, force <br />main and sewage pumping station as follows: <br />1. Beginning at a point on the southwesterly side line <br />of Valley Road distant about 45 feet from the northeast <br />corner of land now or formerly of George A. Bullock, <br />thence southeasterly by varying courses and northeast- <br />erly on lands now or formerly of James M. Burr, +A=a E. <br />Rardin, James A. and Margaret J. taker, David J. Harrigan, <br />Dorothy T. Taylor, Cornelia Bierenbroodspot and Lo f-sa <br />G. T. Bean, to the westerly side line of Bedford Street <br />at a point which is about 75 feet southerly of the north- <br />east corner of land now or formerly of Louisa G. T. Bean. <br />2. A parcel of land now or formerly of Ethel F. Bean on <br />the easterly side of Brook Street so- called, a private <br />way, near Myrtle Street, and bounded on the west by the <br />said Brook Street and for about 100 feet in length and <br />having a depth of about 100 feet. <br />"arried Unanimously 8 :32 P.M. <br />Article 7.
