Article 17. VOTED: That the Selectmen be authorized to install <br />sewer mains in such accepted or unaccepted streets <br />as may be applied for during the year 1939 in accord- <br />ance with St. 1897, :Ch. 504, as amended, or otherwise, <br />_and to take by eminent domain_ the necessary easements <br />therefor, and for the purpose of said installation the <br />sum of $3,500.00 be appropriated and transferred from <br />the Sewer assessment Fund. <br />Carried Unanimously 10:39 P,M, <br />Article 18. VOTED: That the sum of $2,000.00 be raised and appro- <br />priated for highway maintenance; said sum, or any <br />portion thereof to be expended under the direction of <br />the Selectmen and to be used in conjunction with any <br />money which may be allotted by the State or County, <br />or both, for this purpose. <br />Carried Unanimously 10:40 P'M. <br />Article 19, VOTED: That the Town raise and appropriate the sum of <br />4,000.00 for the improvement of Bedford Street; said <br />sum, or any portion thereof, to be expended under the <br />direction of the Selectmen and to be used in conjunction <br />with any money -m7hi ch may be allotted by the State or <br />County, or both, for this purpose. <br />Carried Unanimously 10:40 P.B1, <br />Lotion made by Charles E. Ferguson the meeting be adjourned <br />until Monday, March 27, 1939. <br />Suggestion by .Archibald R. Giroux, Chairman of Board of Select- <br />men, that meeting be adjourned to two weeks, April 3, 1939, this <br />suggestion being accepted by Charles E.
