Miscellaneous <br /> <br />Bob Tracey will talk with Stop and Shop about water. <br /> <br /> <br />Move the “All Bands Play Here” sign to Massachusetts Avenue and Harrington Road. <br /> <br /> <br />Linda Dixon will count participants in each of the parade groups. <br /> <br /> <br />Eric Michelson will announce the afternoon parade. <br /> <br /> <br />Brookline Bank will send two people to help with buses and two to help with banners. <br /> <br /> <br />Instead of going to LHS, both Mt. Pleasant High School and DePere High School Bands <br /> <br />will be dropped off in east Lexington by their own touring buses. <br /> <br />Lt. Gen. Ted Bowlds and Col. Stacy Yike from Hanscom AFB, the British Consul General <br /> <br />and USS Constitution Commander will attend the reenactment. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued about ticketing, etc. The committee will revisit the ticket issue at a <br /> <br />later meeting. <br /> <br />Memorial Day, May 30, 2011 <br /> <br />Sandy Podgorski will not be able to act as chief marshal on Memorial Day. Her daughter <br /> <br />is due that day to deliver baby number two (in Connecticut). She is “on call” to take care <br />of the older child. The committee will instead invite to march and honor all Lexington <br />residents who volunteer at the VA Hospital. <br /> <br />Linda is still searching for a clergyperson. <br /> <br /> <br />Suzie wants to include The Lt. Col. John W. Hudson Club of Lexington, MA in this year’s <br /> <br />ceremony and will make a motion to include the group in subsequent years. Suzie will <br />contact Sam Doran. <br /> <br />Paul Jenkins has a suggestion for this year’s William P.
