M. <br /> VOTED: That the Moderator be and hereby is authorized <br /> and directed to appoint a committee of five residents, to <br /> be known as the Refuse and Garbage Disposal Study Comm- <br /> ittee, to make .a study of the problem of refuse and gar- <br /> bage disposal in the Town and to consider whether or not <br /> it is desirable for the Town to co-operate with one or <br /> more other municipalities, through the Metropolitan <br /> District Commission or otherwise, in an incinerator or <br /> other project for refuse and garbage disposal and to file <br /> a report with their recommendations at a subsequent town <br /> meeting. <br /> Carried Unanimously 8 :35. VOTED: That the Town Treasurer, with the approval of the <br /> Selectmen, be and he hereby is authorized to borrow money <br /> from time to time in anticipation of the revenue of the <br /> financial year beginning January 1, 1954, and to issue a <br /> note or notes therefor payable within one year and to renew <br /> any note or notes that may be given for a period of less <br /> than one year in accordance with Section 17 of Chapter 44 <br /> of the General Laws. <br /> Carried Unanimously 8:36 P.
