(c) C 1 - Local business districts, the following new paragraph: A district on the northerly side of Marrett Road beginning at the westerly terminus of a curve of 215.47 feet radius thence westerly along the northerly line of said Marrett Road distant 69.5 feet to a point, thence northerly dis- tant 200.9 feet to a point, thence easterly distant 60.00 feet to a point, thence southerly distant 214.9 feet to a point in the northerly line of said Marrett Road, thence westerly by a curve bearing to the right of radius 215.47 feet distant 137.34 feet to the point of beginning, said described district being shown as Lot 240 on a plan recorded in the Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds in Book 321, Page 5. 9 :04 P.
