Committee shall cease to be a resident of Lexington, or <br /> (Cont. ) shall become an officer of the Town by election or by <br /> appointment and qualify as such, or shall become an em- `fid <br /> ployee of the Town, he shall forthwith cease to be a <br /> member of the Committee. The Committee shall choose its <br /> own officers. <br /> Section 2. Each year the Capital Expenditures Com- <br /> mittee shall make a thorough study 'of the capital ex- <br /> penditure projects that may be required by the Town <br /> within the ensuing five-;year period and shall file a <br /> report setting forth all such projects together with the <br /> Committee' s recommendations as to the projects that <br /> should be undertaken within the five-year period and the <br /> approximate date on which each recommended project <br /> should be started. <br /> Section 3. Prior to the date of the Annual Town <br /> Meeting of each year the Committee shall publish a <br /> report of its findings in the preceding year and its <br /> recommendations, -copy of which report shall be sent to <br /> each Town_ Meeting Member. <br /> Question by Rev.
