VOTED: To enlarge the scope of the Road Machinery Fund <br /> by crediting to said Fund an amount based on hourly <br /> rental for the use of motorized equipment of the Depart- <br /> ment of Public Works when used on various projects <br /> carried on under the direction of said Department or <br /> other Departments of the Town, the amount of said charge <br /> not to exceed the amount allowed by the State for the <br /> use of similar equipment. <br /> Carried 8 :33 P. VOTED: That the Selectmen be and hereby are authorized <br /> to sell and convey to the Lexington Golf Club for 4225.00, <br /> and upon such other terms and conditions as they may deem <br /> proper, a portion of the so-called Poor Farm tract, <br /> bounded and described substantially as follows : <br /> EASTERLY by land of the Lexington Golf Club, four bund- <br /> red and eighty (480) feet more or less; <br /> NORTHERLY by land of the Lexington Golf Club, one hund- <br /> red and thirty-five (135) feet more or less; <br /> WESTERLY by land of the Town of Lexington, five hund- <br /> red and fifty(550) feet more or less; and <br /> SOUTHEASTERLY by land now or formerly of Anthony P. and <br /> Margaret J.
