Mabee. <br /> MOTION: That the Selectmen be and they hereby are <br /> authorized on behalf of the Town to purchase, take by <br /> eminent domain or otherwise acquire for off-street parking <br /> and library purposes all or any part of the land off <br /> Massachusetts Avenue containing 15,400 square feet, more <br /> or less, described in two deeds recorded in Middlesex <br /> South District Registry of Deeds, Book 6851, Page 225, <br /> and Book 6944, Page 337; and to raise and appropriate <br /> for such lazd acquisition the sum of $56,000.00. <br /> 10:04 P. Graham. <br /> MOTION: To raise and appropriate the sum of $5,000.00 <br /> for consulting services to be contracted for by the <br /> Planning Board for studies and plans for a traffic <br /> operations program to increase capacity and safety of <br /> existing streets and intersections, to improve traffic <br /> conditions and to install and modify traffic safety and <br /> control devices; and authorize the Planning Board and the <br /> Board of Selectmen, or either of them, to apply for and <br /> obtain on behalf of the Town any state or federal techni- <br /> cal assistance, grants or reimbursements of the cost of <br /> such studies for which the Town may be eligible. <br /> 10:21 P.
