M. <br /> Arthur E. Bryson, Jr. reads a statement of former <br /> Planning Board members in favor of the main motion. <br /> 9:12 P. ]1, <br /> Lincoln P. Cole, Jr. states that the Board of Selectmen <br /> are unanimously in favor of the Structure of Town Govern- <br /> ment propc3sal and against the amendment. 9:18 P. M. <br /> Irving H. Mabee states that he believes that Mr, -Cole <br /> meant to say "that the Board of Selectmen who are present% <br /> He read a letter from Selectman Roland B. Greeley who ie <br /> in Germany stating that he is in favor of the Selectmen- <br /> Town Manager form of government in general but would <br /> prefer that the Planning Board be elected, but that if he <br /> were present he would vote for the Town Manager proposal <br /> nevertheless. <br /> 9:24 P. M. <br /> The amendment, as presented by Mrs. Riffin, declared <br /> lost by voice vote. 10:37 P. M.
