<br /> Betterment Act and shown upon a plan on file in the
<br /> office of the Town Clerk, dated January 19, 1968, and
<br /> to take by eminent domain, purchase or otherwise acquire
<br /> any fee, easement or other interest in land necessary
<br /> therefor,

<br /> necessary therefor.

<br /> purchase or otherwise acquire any fee, easement or other
