M. <br /> as follows: <br /> VOTED: That the Conservation Commission be and hereby <br /> is authorized, on behalf of the Town, to purchase or <br /> otherwise acquire, in the name of the Town, for conserva- <br /> tion purposes as provided by Section 8C of Chapter 40 <br /> of the General Laws, all or any portion of a parcel of <br /> land containing about 9.55 acres, being shown as Lot 3 <br /> on plan of "Land of Peter J. Kinneen at Lexington, <br /> July 27, 1917, F. P . Cutter (C.E. ) Lexington", recorded <br /> in Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds in Plan <br /> Book 260, Plan 50, and a parcel of land adjacent thereto <br /> containing 16 acres, more or less, and believed to be <br /> now owned by New Amsterdam Casualty Company et al; and <br /> that the Selectmen be and hereby are authorized on be- <br /> half of the Town to take by eminent domain for the afore- <br /> said purposes such part or all of the above described <br /> premises or any interest therein as shall be requested in <br /> writing by the Conservation Commission; and to appropriate <br /> therefor the sum of $41,640.04 and to provide for payment <br /> thereof by transfer from the Excess and Deficiency <br /> Account. <br /> (Carried Unanimously 11:26 P.
