Sussman. <br /> VOTED: To authorize the Conservation Commission to expend <br /> from the Conservation Fund, established by vote under <br /> Article 9 of the Warrant for the Special Town Meeting <br /> held on June 8, 1964, all or any part of the sum of <br /> $230,000.00 for the purchase, in the name of the Town, for <br /> conservation purposes as provided by Section 8C of Chapter <br /> 40 of the General Laws, all or any part of two certain <br /> parcels of land being shown as Lots A and B on a plan <br /> entitled "A Compiled Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass." <br /> dated April 16, 1964, made by Albert A. Miller and Wilbur <br /> C. Nylander, Civil Engineers and Surveyors, and recorded <br /> with Middlesex South District Deeds in Book 10511, Page <br /> 345, to which plan reference is hereby made for a more <br /> particular description; excepting therefrom Lot containing <br /> 33,400 square feet, more or less, on a plan entitled "Plan <br /> of Land in Lexington, Mass." dated July 23, 1964, made by <br /> Albert A. Miller and Wilbur C.
