Scott by deed <br /> dated March 30, 1915 and recorded in Middlesex South <br /> District Registry of Deeds Book 3981, Page 109, being <br /> that part of said land shown and marked "Land to be <br /> Transferred" on a plan entitled "Plan of Land to be <br /> Transferred from the Control of the Board of Selectmen <br /> to the Control of the School Committee under Article 40 <br /> of the March, 1965, Town Meeting", dated January 5, 1965, <br /> by John J. Carroll, Town Engineer, the conditions set <br /> forth in said deed limiting the use of the land to park <br /> and playground purposes having been released to the Town <br /> by the Trustees of Tufts College, the successor as <br /> residuary legatee and devisee under the will of said <br /> Augustus E.
