MacLeod, Jr. 8:10 'P. M. <br /> There were 192 Town Meeting Members present. <br /> James J. Carroll, Town Clerk, read the warrant for the meeting <br /> until further reading was waived by the Moderator. 8:12 P . M. <br /> James J. Carroll read the Constable' s Return of the warrant. <br /> 8:12 P. M. <br /> Article 2. Donald P. Noyes, Chairman, Appropriation Committee <br /> presents the following: <br /> VOTED: That the report of the Appropriation Committee <br /> be accepted and placed on file. <br /> Carried Unanimously 8:13 P. M. <br /> Presented by Robert M. Gary, Chairman: <br /> VOTED: That the report of the Capital Expenditures <br /> Committee be accepted and placed on fes;. <br /> Carried Unanimously 8:13 P . M. <br /> Donald P. Noyes refers to some changes of the Appropriation <br /> Committee Report. <br /> Alan S.
