May. <br /> Under Article 4, I offer the following motion: <br /> To amend the Zoning By-Law by adding at the end of <br /> Section 4 (h) 0-3, Special Commercial Districts, the <br /> following new paragraph: <br /> A district on the southwesterly side of the Cambridge- <br /> Concord Highway (Route 2) and the easterly side of the <br /> Northern. Circumferential Highway (Route 128) and on the <br /> common boundary of Lexington and Waltham, and on the <br /> westerly side of Spring Street, and bounded and described <br /> as follows: <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the southerly line of <br /> the Cambridge-Concord Highway (Route 2) and the westerly <br /> line of Spring Street, thence southerly along the westerly <br /> line of Spring Street to the common boundary of Lexington <br /> and Waltham; thence westerly along the common boundary <br /> of Lexington and Waltham to the easterly line of the <br /> Northern Circumferential Highway (Route 128) ; thence <br /> northerly along the easterly line of the Northern Cir- <br /> cumferential Highway (Route 128) to the intersection of <br /> the easterly line of the Northern Circumferential Highway <br /> (Route 128) and the southeasterly line of Route 2 - Route <br /> 128 interchange, so-called, thence northeasterly and <br /> easterly along the southeasterly and southerly lines of <br /> said interchange to the southerly line of the Cambridge- <br /> Concord Highway (Route 2) ; thence southeasterly along the <br /> southerly line of the Cambridge-Concord Highway (Route 2) <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> 9:53 P.
