The very significant difference in actual workload for special education therapists and <br />general education teachers reinforces the need for district wide guidelines to increase equity and guide <br />the allocation of limited resources. <br />Lexington is a well above average district with its own culture, expectations, and pressures. This section <br />of the report will outline a range of options for consideration and their financial impact.
