<br /> In pursuance of the foregoing warrant, and subsequent Order of the Superior Court
<br /> postponing the Annual Town Election due to severe weather conditions, the legal voters
<br /> of the Town of Lexington met in their respective voting places in said Town of Lexington
<br /> on Monday, March 9, 2009, at 7:00 a.m.

<br /> ORDER
<br /> It has been presented to the Corot that an extraordinary snowstorm is predicted for
<br /> March 2,2009,and that this snowstorm will make it extremely doubtful whether die Town of
<br /> Lexington will be able to provide adequate access to the polls for the local election scheduled
<br /> for Manch 2,2009.Therefore,I hereby Indianze the Town to postpone said election until
<br /> March 9,2009,and said Town shall publicize the rescheduled elections by posting a copy of
<br /> the Court's order and through whatever other reasonable means are likely to enable eligible
<br /> voters to learn about the rescheduled elections in time to cast ballots therein.Ballots printed
<br /> for the election as originally scheduled may be used for the rescheduled election.Absentee
<br /> ballots received by the Town Clerk on or before March 6,2009,shall be processed and
<br /> counted for the rescheduled election.

<br /> The election officers were sworn to the faithful performance of their duties. The polls
<br /> were declared open in each precinct at seven o'clock A.M. and remained open until eight
<br /> o'clock p.m., at which time, after due notice,the polls were declared closed.
<br /> Election results were delivered to the Town Clerk at the Town Office Building.
<br /> 16% of the registered voters cast their vote. The Town Clerk canvassed results as
<br /> follows:
