Hancock - Clarke House — Pre - Restoration Project <br />Special Town Meeting held in the fall of 2006 voted $25,000 in CPA funds to match a state grant <br />of equal amount to fund pre- restoration work for the Hancock - Clarke House. A historic <br />structures and existing conditions report was produced which provided the framework for the <br />2008 Hancock - Clarke House Restoration project (currently before Town Meeting for approval). <br />The pre- restoration project is complete. <br />Lexington Depot— Elevator Project <br />Special Town Meeting held in the fall of 2006 voted $44,000 in CPA funds for the installation of <br />an elevator in the Lexington Depot building to access the second floor for needed storage. The <br />elevator was installed and this project is complete. <br />26 <br />
