CONSERVATION COMMISSION: <br />i+ r <br />Commission feels that the Town ought to study all all town lands for their <br />most appropriate use, and not dust designate all land that is buildable as <br />potential sites for development of affordable housing. Commission also <br />feels that town should be looking at rehabilitating existing structures <br />for affordable housing, as well as new construction. The Commission "WOO <br />pointed out that 2/3 Grote of town meeting is necessary to rezone or <br />utilize town land. <br />VIII.
