Minutes for the Meeting of March 17, 2004 3 <br />* * * * * * * * * * ** ADMINISTRATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND <br />King Street Definitive Subdivision Plan Taylor-made C4rpeq4y, Litigation: Ms. McCall - Taylor reported <br />that the King Street appeal was heard by the court on March 8 and the judge is considering the issue. <br />Clelland Road Definitive Subdivision Plan OidrovicblBovan Request to Install Concrete Bum er: Ms. <br />McCall - Taylor reported that Mr. Ojdrovic seeks the Board's approval of the substitution of a 9 -inch <br />concrete bumper for the already approved railing at the north side of the portion of Clelland Road that he <br />is improving.
