George, Zoning <br />Administrator <br /> <br />Petition Address: 0 Grove Street, Map 87, Lot 9 <br /> <br />Prior to the hearing, the petition and supporting data were reviewed by the Building <br />Commissioner, Conservation Administrator, Town Engineer, Health Director, Board of <br />Selectmen, the Zoning Administrator, the Planning Administrator, Historic Districts <br />Commission Clerk and the Communications Advisory Committee. Comments were received <br />from the Building Commissioner, the Conservation Administrator, the Planning Administrator <br />and the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />Before the Chairman opened the hearing a letter was read from Jennifer E. Lewis of Prince <br />Lobel Glovsky & Tye, LLP representing the applicant, T- Mobile Northeast LLC. <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting to withdraw the application without prejudice for a Special Permit <br />in accordance with section 135-88 C (2) (a) to install a wireless communications facility. <br /> <br /> <br />On a motion by Martha C. Wilson and seconded by Leo P.
