The Manager outlined the process which would require submission of <br />capital budget requests in October. Submission of operating budgets <br />would be in November with the process changed little from previous <br />years. <br />Mrs. Smith said that she was extremely pleased with the enhancement <br />of the process which will give the Board a better understanding of the <br />basis of requests and of where the money appropriated has been expended. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 4 - 0 by roll call <br />vote, Mrs. Smith, Mr. Eddison, Mr. Dailey, Mr. McSweeney, to go into <br />Executive Session for discussion of matters of litigation, with no <br />intent to resume open session. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at <br />10:15 p.m. -1 C <br />F� <br />A true record, Attest: r r n K <br />Executive Clerk <br />
