r ! r <br />. 2 <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to inform Rep. <br />Doran and Senator Kraus of the Board's support of the amendments to mom <br />Chapter 307 of the Laws of 1987, as described above. <br />MAPC ACTION ALERT, RPA FUNDING <br />A request from MAPC for the Board's support of Regional Planning <br />Agency line item 3743 -2302, was noted. Mrs. Smith reviewed a letter <br />g Y <br />which had explained that in additions to significant cuts in funding in <br />FY89 Upon Senate could vote to eliminate RPA funding entirely. <br />, U on motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to request Senator <br />Kraus to inform Senator McGovern, Chairman of the Senate Ways and Means <br />C <br />ommittee r of its support of RPA line item 3743 -2302, and its opposition <br />to further cuts in the FY90 budget in view of the services provided by <br />MAPC in the past. Senator Kraus will also be asked to keep the <br />Selectmen informed of the status of the item. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />CONSERVATION RESTRICTIONS <br />upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to execute <br />corrected signature pages for Conservation Restrictions at Mason's <br />Hollow over land owned by: <br />James A.
