6A <br />. 2- <br />LexHAB had not been in favor of inclusion of Munroe in the Engler <br />report. He agreed that the current use at Munroe is important, but vow <br />noted that the Engler report does not address what LexHAB wants. He <br />said he would support Article 56. <br />Mr, McSweeney agreed with Mr. Marshall based on 's statement <br />that the Engler report does not supply sufficient information for a <br />recommendation <br />Mr. Marshall moved to support Article 56. <br />Mrs. Smith said more information was needed from LexHAB as to how <br />the new study would differ frcm the Engler report. She added that there <br />should also be scene understanding on procedures to handle the issue of <br />displaced tenants. <br />Mr. Marshall withdrew his motion and moved to table further <br />discussion until April 25, to which LexHAB will be invited. <br />PINE MEADOW CCbNITZTEE <br />Mr. Eddison noted that in the list of candidates for appointment to <br />the Advisory Committee on Pine Meadows, he had not included <br />representation from. Cedar Street . He proposed that Ione Garing be <br />appointed to fill that vacancy. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to appoint Ione <br />Garing, 157 Cedar Street as a member of the Selectmen's Advisory <br />Com mittee on Pine Meadows. <br />It was also agreed that Margaret Schwartz would be welcomed to the <br />Cmuittee as Liaison with the Town Meeting Members Execu Committ <br />in a non - voting capacity. saw <br />CONSENT A GENDA <br />OPTION, MOONE'Y PROPERTY <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded,, it was voted to execute a <br />document to exercise the option to purchase the Mooney property shown on <br />Property Map 30 as Lot 37, as specified in the option dated April 1, <br />1988.
